GONORRHEA
It is the second most frequently occurring sexual
transmitted disease. It is spread by Neisseria gonorrhea .
it is common
in people under 24 years old .
living in
high density urban areas who have multiple sex partners and unprotected sexual
intercourse .

Management
1. For
uncomplicated gonorrhea cefexime 400 mg orally single dose . ciprofloxacin 500
mg orally single dose
2. In
Chlamydia infection azithromycin 1gm orally 2 times for 7 days
